Southern Connecticut Conference Girls’ and Boys’ Swimming/Diving Teams are an integral and important part of Lion Heart’s fundraising success. In 2023 they were joined by the Fordham University’s Men’s and Women’s Swim Teams and Long Island University’s Swim Team. These student athletes understand why their fundraising is important. The enthusiasm of these teams, of their coaches and supporters has made a major difference.

The funds raised by Lion Heart Teams have the potential to aid breakthrough research and truly make a difference. Lion Heart’s goal is to help find a cure for breast cancer through its support of Smilow Cancer Hospital at Yale New Haven.
